We’re a Nurse Practitioner-owned and operated clinic seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse to join our supportive practice. This is your chance to work in a dynamic general practice environment where you’ll deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
About the Role
As a Primary Care Nurse, you’ll collaborate with our nurse practitioners to support patients across all stages of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Long-term conditions management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular conditions)
Immunisations and health screening
Wound care and assisting with minor surgical procedures
Cervical screening
Health promotion and patient education
Coordinating care plans and follow-up Checks
Working closely with our Nurse Practitioners to support them
Triaging new patients

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
A Registered Nurse with a current APC
Experienced in primary care or general practice
A reliable, enthusiastic communicator with strong organisational and computer skills
Passionate about equity, preventative care, and empowering patients Proficient in Medtech or other clinical management systems (advantageous)
Additional qualifications such as vaccinator status, cervical screening, or prescribing rights are highly regarded.
