Did not attend Fee (DNA): This fee represents the time slot consumed and is not related to the age of the patient. Payable if cancellation is less than 4 hours of your appointment time commencing from the start of our business day.

Medical Certificate: All medical certificates should be requested at time of consultation. This fee will apply to those who request medical certificates past their consultation dates as an additional fee.

Use of MedTech scribe: We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help run our clinic efficiently — for example to assist with administration, scheduling, and drafting and organising communications and documents. These tools support our team and do not replace clinical judgement; all clinical decisions, prescriptions and advice are made and reviewed by our practitioners

Repeat Prescription Urgent:  Must be received in our system by 11.00am on a normal business day

Payment:   Payment is required at the time of the consultation.   We reserve the right to require prepayment for your consultation

Children under five years of age:  While we prioritise seeing children with significant health concerns we cannot guarantee same day availably.  

Test Results: FHM provides free of charge your health portal for: obtaining test results, ordering scripts, booking appointments. If your phone call, email or MMH communication is not one of the above, we reserve the right to charge an administration or a consultation fee

We have zero tolerance for violence and abusive behaviour: Our clinic practices zero tolerance for abuse. If you are abusive or offensive towards any member of our staff, you will be trespassed from our clinic and the police called.
